Training Seminars at 170 Changebridge Road, CLS Training (in suite D-4) run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST.

Hotel Accommodations: When attending training seminars, consider staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites of Fairfield. It is conveniently located off of I-80 and Rt. 46 and is easily accessible from the NJ Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.		With training seminar you will receive: continental breakfast, snacks, and coffee and/or other beverages throughout the training, as well as all training materials.
The Fine Print: In the event that a function is canceled or rescheduled, CLS will not be held responsible for any associated travel expenses. All cancellations must be in writing. Training dates should be coordinated with our office prior to submitting this form. The requested dates will be reserved for your firm and we will start making all necessary travel arrangements as soon as possible. Since we will be unable to offer these dates to other customers, we must enforce a training change and cancellation policy. Training Date Change: Changes to the training dates received within 10 business days or less prior to the scheduled training will incur a 25% change fee. Training Cancellation: Training that is cancelled by your firm within 10 business days or less prior to the scheduled training will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
