format
Once a week for six sessions you’ll join the other
participants on a 60 minute conference call (all you
need is a telephone). You can call in from anywhere in
the world! Dr. Ronen will outline the principles of each
step and we will share examples of successful (and
unsuccessful) implementation. Along the course you will
also work on two projects to practice the implementation
and execution of the strategies you learn. You will
apply the learning to your real-life problems!
By the end, you will have a completely new arsenal of
practical strategies to boost your employees’ motivation
and some great tactics to better interact with other
important people in your life.
All sessions will be recorded. If you miss a
session or two you will be able to listen to the
recording and catch up before our next meeting. We want
to give you complete flexibility and no excuses! Now you
KNOW you can fit this into your busy schedule. We also
intentionally scheduled the meetings close to the end of
the workweek, when things typically tend to wind down.
