Dr. Ronen is an Organizational Consultant,
Trainer, and Professional Coach who earned his Ph.D. in
Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Illinois
Institute of Technology in Chicago. Dr. Ronen specializes in the
development of hiring systems, management and leadership
coaching, executive assessments, talent development and
alignment, customer service, and performance management.
In the last several years Dr. Ronen has been working closely
with the Collections industry to ensure superior employee
productivity and work motivation. Currently the Vice President
of CLS Human Capital, LLC, Dr. Ronen is helping organizations
and business leaders to become extremely successful by
maximizing the value of their people. As the Vice President of
Customer Service and Organizational Development at Commercial
Legal Software, Inc., Dr. Ronen has implemented employee
selection systems, improved organizational communication,
enhanced the organizational structure, and led a shift towards a
customer-centric culture.
Along with his experience in the Collections industry, Dr. Ronen
has consulted to companies in the Software, Healthcare,
Industrial Supplies, and Defense industries. His coaching
clients represent a broad range of industries including
Technology, Financial Services, Legal, Automotive, Banking, and
Retail. Dr. Ronen served as a Lecturer at Northeastern Illinois
University and has given more than 20 talks and poster
presentations nationwide. Dr. Ronen is also an active researcher
whose most recent research areas include multi-tasking,
feedback, e-learning, training, and cross cultural research. Dr.
Ronen has received the Arch Pounian Award, and the Illinois
Institute of Technology Excellence Award, recognizing his
teaching and research expertise.
Dr. Ronen is an active member of the International Coach
Federation, the Society for Industrial and Organizational
Psychology, and the American Psychological Association.
