The Way It Works
Step 1:    Type in your name and incident number.
Step 2:    Type in the connection code that you received from the CLS phone support representative.
Step 3:    click the "continue" button and follow the on-screen prompts.
Step 4:    With your permission, CLS support can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
