The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system guides the debtor through a payment arrangement!

 

You dictate the terms and the language. Also, clients can call and get claim or statistical information over the phone.

 

IVR is a software application that accepts voice telephone input and/or touch-tone keypad selection and responds according to the settings you apply. IVR can be integrated with Collection-Master through database access.

 

An IVR application provides pre-recorded voice responses for appropriate situations, keypad signal logic, access to relevant data, and can hand off a call to a collector who can work the file related to the caller.
