Credit Report Interfaces

Complete interfaces with Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax credit reporting services have been added to Collection-Master. When a user diaries a claim requesting a credit report, the claim automatically has a credit report pulled and associated with it. After the report is received, a diary for review automatically issues.

Window directly into the debtor's credit report from the Paperless File. It is a completely electronic procedure; however, reports may still be printed or re-printed at the user's request. Once you assign a Diary Code to the claim, the collector won't waste time pulling the report.
