Great Opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist
Commercial Legal Software, Inc., author of Collection-Master®, is currently looking for an experienced support specialist to join its technical support team. Outstanding computer aptitude is necessary and knowledge of the collections industry is highly desirable. Support specialists at CLS work in an extremely dynamic environment. With frequently changing customer requirements, our support specialists engage in telephone technical support, onsite and telephone customer training, and software testing. Other responsibilities may include reviewing and writing of manuals and other technical documentation.
Support specialists work closely with
the support manager to ensure the delivery of outstanding customer
service. A successful candidate will be self motivated and hard
working. Excellent communication skills, the ability to learn
quickly, a willingness to work independently and as part of a team
