Collector EI USING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TO DRIVE RESULTS

Date: To be announced, followed by four weeks of remote teleclasses
Time: 9— 4:30 p.m. EST

What is Emotional Intelligence (EI)?
The Harvard Business Review and numerous independent studies describe Emotional Intelligence as one of the key predictors of business success. Emotional Intelligence is typically seen as one’s ability to recognize and manage one’s emotions, and recognize other people’s emotions and manage one’s relationship with them. People who have high EI levels are typically better at managing stress, building rapport, working in teams, and influencing others.

Organizations such as American Express Financial Advisors have successfully implemented EI training programs for nearly 20 years. Recent research has demonstrated that debt collectors with high EI levels display better collection results!

What is Collector EI?
Collector EI is a unique seminar based on the scientific and practical evidence for the importance of Emotional Intelligence in the collection of debt. We help collectors build the skills that really matter!

This intensive seminar will increase the collectors’:
Assertiveness
Problem solving
Self-awareness
Appreciation for work
Independence
Optimism
Collection ratio

Who should attend Collector EI?
Collector EI is designed to help good collectors become great collectors! Collectors with some on-the-job experience who could benefit from increased collection levels, better stress management, and better rapport building with debtors and colleagues typically benefit the most from the program.
